Sorry you're having problems...

           Has the video stopped playing?
           Your internet connection may be running a bit slow.
           Restart the video like this:
           Put your cursor arrow over the video.
           Right-click (Mac users: control-click).
           You'll see a drop-down menu.
           There is a tick beside the word "play".
           Click on the word play to un-tick it.
           Now click on the word play again, to tick it again.
           The video will restart.

           Don't see anything, just a white box?

           It should only take about 90 seconds.

           Using narrowband?
           Sorry, this site only works on broadband. (512k +)
           Please go somewhere with broadband (most internet cafes have it) and try again.
